Winter Wedding Venues in NEPA

Hi! I am searching for venues in NEPA for a wedding this winter. We have a budget of $50-$60 per person including alcohol, tax and gratuity. Any suggestions?

    You can try the Golden Palace (Plains?). My FH's brother had his wedding there and it was great. I know they booked it before it was the Golden Palace but their package included the basics plus flowers and invitations. I don't know if they still do the same packages.
