Where did the time go?!?!?!
So tonight I have the final venue meeting with my venue coordinator and my DOC to go over the layout, timeline, everything and I want to try to make sure that I get everything in now because everyone will all be in one place. We have most of the details in place but still, I am trying to cover all the bases. My venue is a hotel and ceremony/reception are in one place if that helps.
What questions do you plan to ask?
Here's what I have so far:
Who will be there on the day-of from the hotel?
Finalize layout of tables, ceremony room, draping, lanterns?
Is early check-in available for bridal suite?
When will I have to pick up all of the stuff after the wedding?
Must coordinate candy buffet...
