Pen for the guest book

I ordered a photo book from shutterfly to use as our guestbook at the reception.  I was wondering what type of pen to use for the guests to sign the book so that the ink doesn't smear on the book.

you want archival ink that will not fade over time.  michael's has a great selection.  i think sharpies work too, just get thin tip ones.
