Am I supposed to feed my dj, photogs, and videographer (if I end up using one?) And what is an appropriate amount to tip these people?

I know you are supposed to have meals for them if they want (just ask them, I know some vendors won't want to stop to eat).  As for tip, I'm not sure, that will be left up to my Mom and Pop, so I don't know.
