Photojournalist photographer on a budget?

 We live in CNY but are getting married in Scranton, PA on September 4th.  

 We are looking for a great photographer who is within the area and can fit our budget of $1,200.

Also, if anyone knows of a great videographer on a budget to reccommend as well, that'd be great!

    She is shooting my wedding and the prices speak for themselves. She also did our engagement shoot in NYC and I've gotten numerous compliments on them. I've seen her work at weddings before, never in the way, very professional, shots are amazing!
