The Parish Center - good venue????

I recently moved to the Poconos from Baton Rouge, LA and am planning to have my wedding here.  Has anyone been at the Parish Center and what feedback can you give?  I sent them an e-mail but have yet to hear from them and am wondering if anyone has been there and what they are like to deal with.

    It's beautiful and the food is really good. It's better to call them. We looked at them when we were planning and the owner was more of a phone person.
