Historic or rustic Delaware River venue for all guest to stay together?

We are looking to get married mid May 2013, preferably near Delaware River/Delaware Water Gap.  We are planning a small wedding of about 50-75. 

What is important to us is finding a venue that can let all or most guests stay together over the weekend (or week) so we can have an extended celebration.  Perhaps you know of an offbeat resort or (family) compound or vacation rental that might fit the bill?

We do not need high-end, nor do we have the budget for it, but we do prefer historic or rustic places.  Budget for whole wedding is approx 5k-10k - we still have a lot of decisions to make!

I was married at the Shawnee Inn yesterday and it was PERFECTLY AMAZING!  I don't know about your budget though, but it was truly a wonderful venue.  A large Inn, right on the Delaware River.  I would be happy to share more details in a PM. Prices were extremely reasonable for what we got, but I think it will come down to your guest count at that budget.

Yup, Shawnee on the Delaware sounds like your best bet.

Stroudsmoor Country Inn also has a venue for a small wedding and they have rooms of all different sizes... they were incredibly wonderful to work with and accomodating to our needs...
