Outdoor menu

Hi my FH and I are getting married June 16th, 2012. We are having an outdoor wedding and I am having a hard time coming up with a menu. I want something more than just a back yard barbeque but nothing too fancy. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

    Hmmm ... I mean, really you can do anything you want.  Any food can be made fancy or more casual.  Even if you want to do more homey dishes like mac n' cheese and ants on a log.

    We're doing stations, so we'll have a carving station with a few different meat options, a seafood station, a salad station, a pasta station ...  I like that it gives guests more variety.

    You might also want to try posting your question on the Reception Ideas board over on the left.

    You could try developing several creative smaller dishes that people can munch on and try one of everything!
