Affordable/customizable venue ideas in NE PA?

Looking for a reasonably affordable venue for a spring or fall wedding. Will be approx. 60-80 guests and we'd prefer a more intimate atmosphere.

Areas of interest: Lehigh Valley, Poconos, New Hope, and all surrounding areas.

Trying to go for a whimsical feel, so possibly a B&B or outdoor venue preferred.

We'd like to have our own cake and possibly bring in some alcohol for signature drinks so we'd prefer a venue that will be flexible to our requests/needs.

Any suggestions?

    Hello.
    I'm getting married at the Shawnee Inn.  It's located right on the Delaware River.  I know that a wedding cake is included in their packages and I don't think the cost is outrages by any means.  Simone, the coordinator there is willing to work with you for some customization.  They also have great outdoor spots - including a beautiful new pavilion on the front lawn.

    Our reception was at Silver Creek Country Club in Hellertown (right off 78). They customized EVERYTHING for us, right down to the linen colors. I'd highly recommend them.

    Have you looked into the Sayer Mansion in Bethlehem?  I don't know how they're priced but it's a beautiful old mansion that's now an inn and they hold weddings outside on their grounds.  Worth a look!
