DJ Recommendation Please =)

Hey ladies... I am just hoping some of you might have some DJ recommendations? I havent really found anyone I feel matchs my FI and myself. I do need both ceremony and reception music. It is all in one locations so no moving around =) So please let me know who you are using/used i would appreciate any help! Thanks!

    What are you looking for? Lots of interaction, games, just music?  We are using Brian Childs and I would rec him for you if you want an experienced DJ who will stick to do/do not play lists, get the names right for your WP, budget friendly, and keep ppl dancing (all of these have been consistant reviews of his service from several knotties who have used him).

    We are using Brad with Queen City DJs.  He was previously with another local company (for which he did one of my friend's weddings and he was great).  At my friend's wedding he did a great job, he did a good job of interacting with the guests at the right times, but was not cheesy or too much.  He kept the dance floor packed all night- he knew exactly what to play!

    We are using VP DJ's from a rec by a few previous knottie's.  They have been really great to work with over the past year and I would highly recommend them.  They have lighting, DJ, MC, etc. and are very reasonably priced.  Email Chris at vpdjservice@hotmail.com and he will be happy to have him and his partner (they co-own the company) meet with you.  GL!

    Tim from TCB DJs is awesome, we are using him for our wedding. He is $550 for 4 hours and he is great! WWW.TCBDJZ.COM

    Hey Mr. DJ!!! They did our wedding this past weekend and they are amazing. We recieved so many compliments on oru DJ - endless compliments really.

    We used Quartet Zaria for our ceremony (they're strings), and then DJ Toad for our reception.  I have no qualms whatsoever about recommending either of them.Full reviews (with websites and contact info...i think...) are in my married bio.

    HR, do you mind sharing what DJ toad's prices are like? His website says custom pricing for each event, but I just wanna know what the range might be. TIA!

    Not HR, but I contacted DJ Toad two weeks ago for his pricing.  To have him DJ the event, it's $1200.  He has cheaper packages for other DJs of $900 and $600.We ended up booking Brian Childs because I hadn't heard anything about any of DJ Toad's other DJs, but Brian's gotten really good reviews here.

    We used Jeff from Party Pleasers for my March 09 wedding.  We really like him and our dance floor was packed.  I had a mother who insisted on songs like hokey pokey etc. but when we met with Jeff we asked please no requests from anyone including the MOB!!  Everything worked out great and I really think he kept our night running smoothly.  We also had a streamer entrance to our reception it was a nice extra touch.  Let me know if you need any other info!

    I do not know what happened.. the website is wavemakersmedia.net and I just went to the website and didn't have any problems.  If you are still interested I can have them contact you.  It is my fiance's company and I know they do a great job!Sorry for the inconvenience!
