Any Suggestions on small (30-40 guests) Okanagan Venues?

I'm all over the map! I wanted to rent a large mansion style home and do it all there, But so far all I found wanted a week long rental commitment (too pricey) or just didn't fit what we wanted...
Then we started to look at renting out a chunk of sites in a campground (all our guests love camping) and do an outdoor thing on the beach, But most campsites have yearly regulars who have already booked so I can't get a group of sites together...
What I am hoping to find is a nice (prefer beachfront) ceremony site and a casual small reception (prefer same location) for our group (bbq style)
Anywhere in the Okanagan...
Any ideas??

Im having my reception at Linden Gardens, and i know they will do weddings too...its just south of penticton and although not lakefront they are beautiful gardens that overlook the lake....also the 1912 hotel does weddings and is right on the lake and is a beautiful historic building if your only having 20-40 guests.

We got married at Silverstar (in the winter) but I know all the ski hills also do summer weddings with nice outdoor locations for the ceremony. Worth looking into as accomdations aren't as busy there in the summer.
