Victoria Limo Companies?

Hello, I've never posted on the local board before but I was wondering if anyone could recommend an affordable and good quality limo company in Victoria.  One problem we are running into is that we only need the limo for 3 hours but some companies require a minimum of 4 hours booked, so it ends up being needlessly expensive.

4 hours - $400
We didn't need the extra hour, but we decided to use it for the bridal party at the end of the night to take them home.

I looked into all of them and Arbutus Limo was the cheapest, but I'm pretty sure they have the 4 hour minimum as well unless your wedding is on a weekday.
