Rental Homes Eastern Shore

I am interested in renting a home on the Eastern Shore of MD and holding the wedding the the back yard.  I can't seem to find event home rentals anywhere and most areas seem strict about having events at rental homes.  Does anyone know if it possible for me to do hold a wedding at an event home?  I am looking at having 150 guests.

I know there's a place in Fenwick or Bethany in DE (north of Ocean City) that does this. Its one of those huge, waterfront houses.

I would be very careful about Fenwick rental houses. I work for the newspaper in Salisbury, and there's been some controversy about the "wedding house" and whether they're even going to honor already-booked weddings.
