Caterer for outdoor venue/relaxed food

We need to cut corners... And it looks like the food needs to be one of them, since I want the venue of my dreams.

We are starting our ceremony either around 3:30/4pm.

We just want a light dinner, something relaxed/chill/not messy, but yummy.

We think we will have about 90 people, and want to only spend around $3,000 for the food & alcohol. (I know... how is that supposed to be done?)

But thats why i'm asking you all!!! =( We have a budget, and we can't go past it, we literally just DON'T have it!

Our wedding will be held in Frederick, MD. Please let me know of ANY affordable caterers that you can suggest for that budget, that will also do alcohol.

    I am in Frederick.. I am using Lohr's Restaurant.. They are very reasonable and personable.. They do food and alcohol.. Just tell them what you want and they will customize for you.

    I'm using Carriage House Inn (http://www.carriagehouseinn.info/). They are in Emmitsburg, which is about 30 min from Frederick. The food is good and they are reasonable. They allow you to purchase your own alcohol too.

    it's a bit messy, but I'm doing red hot and blue. they include set up and clean up and are way cheaper anyway plus everyone LOVEs their food. I figure it's better than something that looks fancy but is just ok tasting
