Officiant Gift?

So my Grandpa is a Deacon, so he is going to get permission to marry FI and I (he has to get permission from the church since we aren't getting married w/in the Catholic church).  Should I get him a little something to say thank you? If so, I'm not quite sure what to get him.  I would say maybe a bottle of wine, but my gpa knows his wine and is a bit of a "wine snob" so I don't think I could afford anything he would like....

You could go to a wine shop and ask if there's a wine in your price range that a wine snob might enjoy. I recall a friend who had very expensive wine taste frequently gave me hints on good wines that didn't cost an arm and a leg.
