My fiance and I are big fondue lovers. I would love to do a complete reception dinner similar to the Melting Pot. For those of you who are not familiar with the Melting Pot, it is a fondue restaurant that serves a four course meal, beginning with cheese fondue, then a salad, then cooking raw meat in oil, then chocolate fondue for dessert.
Has anybody ever done this and/or have any suggestions. Particularly about renting fondue sets in the area.
I'm planning on 100-150 people.
