Wedding at Fair Hill Trail Park

Hi.  My fiance and I live in Bear, DE.  We have walked the trails of Fair Hill (located in Elkton, MD) for many years in our relationship.  This place is very special to us so we decided we would like to use this location as where we get married.  Has anyone ever heard of anyone doing this in the past?  What do you think are the steps we'd need to do this?  This is our first marriage for the both of us and we are kind of lost in the whole process.  It will be a very small wedding (only immediate friends and family) so without trying to flood the park with people we would like to have a little ceremony to celebrate our marriage.  If anyone has any suggests that would be great!  Thanks for taking the time to read my post, I hope it will prove beneficial.

If you are looking for a small (like 150 and under) wedding, the tea barn at fair hill would be so very cute. Rustic but adorable. I am not sure of the logistics but it would be very cute!

I am having my wedding in fair hill next month. Don't know what you want but this is what I'm doing. I rented the paddock area for $150 for the outside wedding and the tea barn for reception $300. This place books up very fast. You also have it for the whole weekend which gives you time to decorate and clean up. The tea barn has no central air or heat.
