Program Help

So I am not a good DIY person, but we are running tight on money. What program can I use to make my own programs? How do I do this? What is the best place to get them printer? What type of paper?Sorry for all the questions. I appreciate any help you can give me!

    I DIY-ed mine.  Designed them in PS to be one sheet, two-sided.  Two of them fit on one sheet of 81/2 x 11 super heavy weight cardstock.  I took them to Staples to have them printed and cut.If you'd like the template, send an email to my knottie name at gmail dot com.
