Has anybody had their Chicken Marsala? Wasn't too impressed with the Chesapeake Chicken at their vendor event (and that was the upsell).....afraid that the chicken on our menu will be dry, too.

I felt the same way about the chicken Chesapeake too. We were doing a plated dinner of that and filet but may switch to a fish

Are you stuck with using their caterer?

We were not impressed with their food at all when we met with them. We haven't chosen another caterer yet, but ultimately decided against them for a venue.
