So a couple of years ago my fiance and I went to a wedding that offered stations (Salad Station, Pasta Station, Meat Station) and we absolutely fell in love with that idea! We are getting married at Castle Farms in Charlevoix and so far I have not been successful in finding a caterer in that area that offers stations for dinner. I did find a couple in Grand Rapids (one in particular), but they do not travel unless I spend a minimum of $5000! With this being a destination wedding we are going smaller so we will come no where near the $5000 mark even if we wanted to. Help! Does anyone know of a caterer that offers this service? Thank you!
