Venue provided Coordinators....

Are Venue provided Coordinators same as day of coordinators??Thanks =)

    My venue had a wedding coordinator, and a separate day-of coordinator.  I would call and ask them.

    My venu provides a dat of coordinator. I am luck and a friend of my mother in law is a wedding coordinator and she is free:)

    No, well at least not with my venue. The hotel coordinator makes sure that there stuff is set up but is not doing anything personally for our wedding... Does that make sense? I wish ours had someone that did everything! Life would be easier!

    I'm getting married at The Reef and they have a planner type gal there but she gave me a bad vibe...like she cared more about the venue than me...hard to explain. Anyway I made room in my VERY small budget for a DOC and tell you the truth they are not that expensive...well mine wasnt. Shop around maybe you can get a good deal just for DOC to help you with the stuff you dont want to deal with the day of.
