Wedding Range in OC

I recently got engaged and my fiance and I have been looking at venues. 

The range of prices goes from about 25k on a yacht to about 33k on land. I am wondering if other people are getting around the same pricing as me?

Does anyone know of any beautiful venues that are a bit on the less expensive side in OC? My dad wants it in this area and doesn't want to have to drive far.

    Those venue prices is that including everything?

    I'm getting married at Franciscan Gardens in San Juan Capistrano. Beautiful outside garden setting.

    My friend had her wedding at OC Sailing & Events Center in Dana Point for about $15,000 (including everything) for 150 people. Another place with a reasonable rental fee is the Historic Cottage at San Clemente Beach. I looked at these places in the beginning of my wedding venue hunt, and ended up with a very nice but more expensive location- Casa Romantica in San Clemente.

    You might check into The Hacienda in Santa Ana. It's a beautiful, early Spanish -California style and their prices are very affordable and all-inclusive.

    HI Candace, My daughter just got married at OC Sailing. The problem with that venue is it only accomodates 150 . I am a wedding planner and decorator.
