Adivce on Bridesmaids

Good Morning All :) Question.... I have GREAT FRIENDS.. I only wanted a real small ceremony.. I picked my MOH and one bridesmaid then another one kind of invited herself which was ok because I truly do not have only 1 Best Friend, I have 7... LOL However 2 live out of state and will only be attending.. After many talks with my FI about another friend, I asked her to be my Bridesmaid as well, leaving me with 1 last friend that I havent asked. Its not that I dont want her in it, I just have 2 to many bridesmaids already.... Can you think of something special I can do for this last one??? I would appreciate any and all ideas...     maybe have her do a reading or be in charge of handing out programs or the guest book or something? is she upset that you havent asked her to be a part of your wedding? or is she okay with just being a guest? if shes happy with the situation.. i wouldnt even worry about it

    A piece of advice . . . dont ask her to be your guest book attendant or to hand out programs . . . that is kinda a B list job. Find out if she wants to be in it or not - she she good at organizing?? Maybe she could be kind of a coordinator for u for the day . . .

    I feel in the same situation with 2 friends - and I asked them to be my Hostesses/Attendants! They were so fine with that and happy as well.  I asked them to also get dresses (theirs will be short and the bm's will be long) because I also wanted them to be in some of the pictures.  The only thing they won't get to do is walk downt the aisle and get a bouquet - but I will get the a corsage - HTH!
