so one of my bms cant fit into her dress...we are 32 days away!!! and she cant zip it up...like 4 inches of zipper...i was astonished...so needless to say what should i do for plan b if she doesnt loose weight? i dont know how to address  it with out hurting her feelings...im not small by no means...but what if she cant fit into it on the big day?? 2 of my other bm's can barely fit! you are supposed to lose weight not gain it for a wedding!!! any suggestion are greatly appreciated! tia

    Perhaps this is an alterations issue.  Were the dresses altered at any time?  Or dry cleaned?  They may have taken in too much or they may have shrunk.  If they can be let out, I would definately look into it.

    I am experiencing the same thing, except its the sister in law! She gained wait!If she knows she can't fit into the dress I think she knows its up to her to fit into it. Its not you who will look bad...Talk to her and feel out if she even cares. This is an important day and it is not wrong of you to expect that she fit in her dress.

    no it hasnt been altered or dry cleaned. i picked it up from db and it has been in my closet. shed gained weight. so i hope that they can let it out and that it wont be a problem. >:/
