OC Florist Recommendations??

We are new to the are and are having our wedding at Laguna Village in Laguna Beach. I have heard of a few florists, but can any of you wonderful OC ladies please let me know if you have heard anything about them as well or if you have a florist you absolutely love? Flower Allie has always been popular on the boards. Never heard of the others. Our florist, Kristin at The Treasured Petal, was absolutely fantastic and one of our favorite vendors. So talented and the sweetest person you'll ever meet. I don't know what your budget is and she has minimums now, but I would highly recommend checking her out!http://thetreasuredpetal.com/

I second Kristin at the Treasured Petal. We are using her and just had our centerpiece mockup. It was absolutely beautiful and she has been so sweet throughout the whole process.

You should check out Visser's Florist. They are a big shop, but I've always order my flowers from them and they always look great & their prices are so reasonable. They've been in business for like 50 years or something like that, so obviously they do good work. HTH

Hi met with Flower Allie and she actually told me that she charges more now that she is getting more popular. Im sorry but thats a little rude. I met with a lot of florist and went with Pacific Florals in Newport Beach - ask for Tiffany shes awesome! They totally work with you and tell you different ways to save money etc

I am using Flower Allie.  I had been to 4 other florists before her and I also checked our Commerce Flowers because they had just as many good reviews as Flower Allie.  Commerce Flowers took over 3 weeks just to send me an estimate, and this was after I had already met with Duke, the owner.  Flower Allie is so sweet and she really gets the big picture when you're talking to her.  I had my mock and it came out better than I imagined!And she was cheaper than all the other florists I had been to.

I actually currently work for and used for my own wedding PETALS BY XAVI.  They do wedding coordination and florals. I met them as a bride and because of financial difficulties, I began working for them on the side and now I actually do it full-time..  I am a consultant.  I usually meet with brides, go over your vision and then price it all out for you.  Then if you want, I recommend where you can cut costs and then also about 4 months before the wedding, we can do a mock up but we call it a 2nd design session.  We usually go to your venue, have them set up everything with your linens and then take a picture of the centerpiece we will do for you so you get piece of mind and so do we.  We also recommend where you could put more florals but this usually does cost more and is up to you if you want to add but you do NOT have to.If you would like, I could personally meet with you in Santa Ana (by the artist lofts) where our design studio is or even in Chino Hills (home office) but Santa Ana is the best cause I can pull flowers and show you some.I love their designs.  I have a lot of pictures.  If you would like to meet with me, you can call me personally at 201-755-9069 or the office and say you want to meet with Michelle 566-551-2199.My email is corderomichelle@yahoo.com or michelle@petalsbyxavi.comIf you give me a chance, I garuntee you will love us!
