we are desperate need of an officiant.... we had one in mind but he is delaying on getting back to us soooo not cool. We were really interested in him and ready to book him and he keeps saying oh ya I'll email you the info on how to pay, but hasn't.

PLEASE is there any officiant recommendations?!?! TIA!
