    Hey,
1st off--about the tattoo--good luck covering it up.  I have a very large tattoo on my forearm and I have tried "tattoo makeup", MAC, Makeup-forever, demablend--NOTHING COVERS IT TOTALLY and they all come off within 20 mins or so.  Either be ok with it in the photo, get her a jacket, or ask her to wait--if you dare.

My next question may seem mean--but seriously, I am trying to give an honest opinion.  Are your bridesmaids cute and current in their style? Because if so, I think tatoos and hair color is no big deal.  If your girls had their hair has the same funky style since 1994--that is when it will look BAD!!!!

If the hair is totally bothering you, you may want to offer to pay to have their panels put back in after the wedding.

    GOOD LUCK!!!

i think your concern surrounding the tattoos/hair is a little crazy. i dont think hair color has anything to do with decor. now if your style is more conservative, and having wild hair colors/tattoos showing offends you, then definitely talk to them. if you are great friends, they should already know that anyway. otherwise, if it is just about decor, i would let it go.
