I highly, highly recommend The Jones Victorian Estate in Orange. Our wedding was two weeks ago, and it was phenomenal.  And an amazing value for everything you get- it's a package deal, so you don't have to worry about finding your own baker, florist, caterer, or DJ (all those are included in your package). It's a gorgeous venue, and my husband and I couldn't be happier with how the day went and all of our planning with Michelle leading up to it.

((edit- Michelle runs the estate and is your coordinator during your planning and day of. And she is awesome!))

I am not sure how big the wedding will be but....Check into Vacation Home rentals. It is way more affordable and you can find luxury homes for as little at $600 a night to rent even beach front. Granted it is just to venue. You would need to coordinate everything else.

It's definitely not the standard wedding venue, but we got married at the Westminster Manor in Westminster. The best tasting cheesecake I've ever had (and it was free as a gift for signing with them!), linens included (something, like, 30 diff colors to choose from), an old pub bar that you stock with whatever you want so you don't have to pay per bottle to the venue, and quite literally some of the best food we've ever had!
