Help! Need ideas for CHEAP beach wedding in Southern Cali or locations for cheap Destination!

I just got engaged! I have been in 7 weddings and for my own, I want to go simple! I want to be able to call a beach somewhere, tell them when I'm coming, and have it all set up. I'm not very picky about the details. Just want it to be stressfree and CHEAP! We figured a destination wedding would cut back on the number of guests. Not sure where to begin. I need suggestions for places either in Southern California (where we live) or to inexpensive DESTINATIONS! Help

I know others have looked at Hotel Laguna. And said it was reasonably priced. So I'd check that one out for sure.

I think calling a couple of the places mentioned would be a great starting point. I didn't look into a beach wedding so I don't know the prices.

Good luck! And if you need any vendor recommendations, it never hurts to ask here. Even though the board is slow, there are a few of us that check it often!

historic cottage in san clemente. I'm getting married there in June... I love it!!!

I noticed that the Historic Cottage requires a beer and wine permit - no hard alcohol is allowed - is that true?
