Make up and Hair

Heylo!

I'm struggling with finding a good makeup artist and a hair person in the area that will either give us a group discount or is reasonably priced from the beginning. 

And above all - I just want the confidence that this person is awesome!   I don't have many friends to ask for recommendations.

Please help!

    I'm not sure where your getting married but the girl I have doing my make is pretty good. She does hair and makeup but I have a regular beautician I go to for my hair.  She does all types though and that is what I liked about her.  she is fast in response too.  Check out her website and also her reviews on project wedding.  She has great reviews and so far I loved what she did for my engagement pictures (with John - in my bio)  she will be doing my makeup again for by b-pics as well.  HTH.

    i am looking also.. a lot are already booked up.. and most i have found dont offer group discounts.. only group minimums. and all are at least $350 for both that i have found

    Thanks for that info. I'll look into it.

    And yea..I've realized that it's going to be pricey so I was hoping that fellow knotties like yourselves can offer good reviews for some make up/hair people so that I'm not blowing all my money on someone I have not read or heard of any good reviews on.

    Chelsey B in Orange county is pretty awesome... I just used her for my welcome party/pae baek and she did my hair for wedding day - but her make up services are stellar as well

    I used Natalie B. in South OC and her work was awesome.  Her pricing is around $295 for the bride and she does a free trial run.

    I used Tamara Walrod.  She was fantastic and kept me still feeling like me.  I don't wear much makeup, so this was a key factor in choosing someone.
