I am getting my BM dresses from Alfred Angelo in Huntington Beach and they were within you budget.  You can see the pics on my bio (I am going with the green one).  I think they are super cute.

Have you tried looking on Nordstrom's website?  Depending on how extravagant or simple you want your dresses- they have a line, JS Boutique, and they're simple, but cute, strapless bm dresses in solid colors in full or tea length for $98.

For that price point, Alfred Angelo or David's Bridal are probably your best bet. Keep an eye out for coupons too. I provided my contact information when I went into Alfred Angelo just to look and I got a coupon for $20 off each BM dress.

You can get a lot of dress options in that price range. Even if you find a dress you like that is more expensive, you can contact Pearls Place and they almost always offer significantly lower prices. We got our Melissa Sweet bm dresses there.
