I am having my wedding here and so far its been not so great.I can never get anyone to call me back even if i left a message and when i eventually get a hold of Lori she has not been very helpful or shown meany curtesy as a "customer" i was wondering if anyone else has had this kind of experience at this venue? because this completely contradicts any of the other reviews i had read aboutthis venue.  thank you for your replies.

That's so interesting.  I was going to book them and had a similar experience.  I even knew one of the Event Managers!  For the price of the venue they lack customer service so I sent them a nasty email and went elsewhere.  Did you book yet or give a deposit?  I had booked my other vedors and they even sent me an email saying I could use the florist that I had booked and then turned around and changed their mind.  I was so irritated.  I'd get out while you can.
