Out of Towner Dress Shopping in the OC

Hi.  I am visiting my grandmother in Mission Viejo next week.  I'd like to go dress shopping with her because she is unable to come to the East Coast, where I live, to see me try on dresses. 

Does anyone have any good suggestions for bridal salons with a wide selection of dresses below $2,500?  Anything around Mission Viejo or as far north as LA?

My favorite store was Marry Me Bridal in Orange. There's also a VERY small store next to the Laguna Hills Mall called Castle for Brides in Lake Forest. There's an Alfred Angelo in Huntington Beach. Good luck and have fun!!!

There also is a number of bridal dress shops around South Coast Plaza (Costa Mesa, CA). 

- Davids Bridal (901 South Coast Plaza)

- Mon Amie Bridal Salon (355 Bristol North)

- Panache Bridal (3077 Bristol)

- And the list goes on....

I got my dress from Mariposa in Anaheim.  They have a large selection of dresses and all the dresses I tried on were under $2500, with majority of them being $1200-$2000.  I think they told me that the average price of their dresses was around $1500 or so?

I went to Paradise Creations in Laguna Beach, got my dress for $800 including tax and shipping.

PLEASE do youself a favor and go to Ferndale's Bridal in Orange. I got my gown there. It was listed at $890 but it was $2100 at Mon Ami Bridal. Believe me it's worth it!
