Dress shopping!

So I am planning on going shopping for my dress the week of Thanksgiving. My budget is around $1000. Any suggestions on where to go shopping? Or where to not go?

    Haven't been there yet but I heard Blue Bridal Boutique has a great selection around that price point. www.bluegowns.com

    Encore Bridal in Fort Collins is awesome!!!! They have designer and second hand dresses. David's bridal sucked for me. The Bridal Connection in Loveland was good too!! So was the one in Windsor.

    Both my daughters had good luck at D'Anelli Bridal in Lakewood.  It's best if you have an appointment during the week, because I've heard the weekends are quite busy.
