Mount Vernon Event Center

Has anyone heard of the Mount Vernon Event Center in Golden?  Any advice, likes/dislikes?

    We are having our wedding/ceremony there on May 14th. So far they are great. I have only worked with Jean not Brenda and love her. They are VERY reasonably priced and even worked with us so we can have our wedding at 5pm and not 6pm (we just had to add an extra hour). I haven't heard to many bad things about them from research and after looking at 15 venues this was very good for its prices especially considering how they do there liquor. Hope this helps!

    We checked them out. The site is beautiful. I wish we could afford to do our wedding there.

    That's where I am getting married and they have been fabulous!  very helpful and accomidating.  Having the cake baked in house is such a relief as well.
