Hello...I found an absolutely FABULOUS seamstress!!! (No, I'm not her!) I bought a dress...long story, but I paid $7 for it at the thift store where I work. It is a bridal size 12 (so really like a small 10!) and I am a street size 13/14. She made this dress fit perfectly; it looks better than I ever could have imagined. My FI will cry when he sees it. She put in a corset back and worked out the bustle, all for only $140. She sent pictures of the work as it progressed, met every deadline, and is such a nice person to boot. I even love the bustle; I was never too enthused about bustles because they just looked kind of "tacked up" to me but this looks like it always should have been there, not an easy task with a chapel-length train. I highly recommend her for any alterations, or other tailoring for that matter. Her name is Charlotte Raby and she's in the west Denver metro area. I was completely at a loss when I started looking for a seamstress, and I got really lucky.
