Colorado Springs Catering?

I live in Littleton but our wedding is going to be in Larkspur next September, so we're open to looking at vendors in Colorado Springs, since usually they are a bit more affordable than in the Denver area.  I'm mainly looking for a catering option that provides up-scale BBQ (not totally fine dining, but classy BBQ if that makes sense).  We also need them to provide any and all rentals, i.e. tables, chairs, linens, flatware, etc. 

Any suggestions?

Try Cravings Catering (also known as Buffalo Gals & Picnic Basket) for BBQ. They were in our top 2 for catering. My actual caterer was Garden of the Gods Gourmet if you wanna check them out too. They were delicious but I don't know how they are with BBQ.
