CHEAP BULK FLOWERS IN BELLINGHAM AREA

Does anyone know of a good website or local vendor that sells cheap bulk flowers? I am looking for large amounts of lavender, peonys or dalias. for less then a dollar a stem.
Any Suggestions?

    Look at costco.com. I was looking at roses and they have a bulk of 100 for less than 75.00

    Talk to vendors at the Farmers' Market. There are 5 or 6 that sell flowers.

    Thats where I am getting all my flowers and I have used them before, they are fresher than anything you can find around here and so pretty!
