Does anyone know the rules for Missouri regarding who can marry you?Does it have to be someone ordained or will the paperwork suffice? Help!

I was wondering this same thing. We are wanting one of our best men to get ordained online and marry us, but I have no idea if that is legal in Greene county Mo. We are not religious and don't want to be married by a stranger, it would make it more meaningful to have someone who has known us for years to be the one to marry us.
