Hyvee catering

I just wanted to see if anyone is useing or has used Hyvee for catering. I plan on doing some cooking myself but only a little bit. I have a booklet of what they do but I dont want the platters to look cheese or cheap. And my FI is a cook and it will drive him nuts if it is as well. 

I plan on haveing 
veggie tray with dip
fruit 
maybe a meat and cheese tray and for some little sandwitches
some hummus dip
homemade bread
pasta salad

so far thats it.  Do yall think it wont look cheese or cheap. I know i need more but any suggestions is great.
