private beaches in carlsbad or encinitas?

Hi, does anyone know if there are any private beaches that you can having wedding ceremonies at in Carlsbad or Encinitas? Really looking to have my wedding on the beach, feet in the sand kind of wedding.  Any help would be great!Thanks ladies =)
