How to have a BEACH wedding! HELLP

I am from North Carolina and I am haveing so much trouble trying to figure out how to get married on the beach, and have our reception on the beach as well. We have a minister, and I would like to rent a party tent to set up on the beach. Do I need a permit or how can I go about doing this? Another thing is we are on a VERY limited budget , and are having about 60 people attend. I just need some local help and ideas of venues ect. Thank you -Kris

You will need a permit for a wedding ceremony. Go here: http://www.sandiego.gov/park-and-recreation/general-info/permits.shtml It may be difficult to have your reception on the beach too, some permits only allow you to have the space for a certain amount of time. Also, do a Google search for the following places: Cuvier Park Powerhouse Park in Del Mar Coronado Community Center Those places may also be options.
