    I used Looks by Lynzy.  She does both hair and make up and work out of a salon in La Mesa Village (Salon Radiance), but also goes on site on the wedding day.  I found her prices to be very reasonable and she did a great job.  Her email is looksbylnz@gmail.com.  Good luck!

    Gina came out to my rental house on Coronado Island to do my daughter's & my hair & make up.  She is very sweet, reasonably priced & great at her job.  I highly recommend her.  I did my trial at her salon & then on my wedding day she came right to us!  Her salon -The Shop 2801 Roosevelt Street Carlsbad, Ca. 92008
