Custom Dress

I would really like to have a dress custom made for my wedding, but I have no idea where I would go to have it made.  This wouldn't be a fancy wedding dress with layers upon layers and bling like crazy.  I just want a simple dress to wear to my outdoor wedding.  Does anyone know of someone in the San Diego County area that does this?  TIA.

    Not sure where you live, but this lady named Armida creates and alters dresses. She lives down south, but her number is  619 262 1324 :) I've gone to her for dresses before and is creating my bridesmaid's dresses.
