My FI and I had engagement pictures taken earlier this month at Mt. Soledad (where we were engaged) and Windansea beach by Kristen Peelle and we got the pictures back this week. The pictures are so beautiful and Kristen really made us feel comfortable and it came through in the pictures.

If we were getting married in SD instead of Michigan we would definitely hire her for our wedding!!! Final grade: A+
I had my hair blown out and makeup done by Erin Winter at Hyde-Edwards salon. I was really happy with both, the makeup lasted through the whole shoot and I loved how she did my eyes. With all the wind my hair did not stay perfect for long but it held up pretty well (I should have brought a brush and mirror to the session but I forgot!). I will probably go back to Erin once I move out there for other services. Final Grade: A+
