SD Courthouse Civil Ceremony on Saturday?

Hi!

I remember people used to be able to do their courthouse civil ceremony on Saturdays. However, when I check the website now, it only states Monday-Friday. Is this true or did I miss something? I would really prefer to do my civil ceremony marriage on the same date as my reception which is on a Saturday.

    its only monday through friday at all the places ive seen.

    It use to be Saturdays too.  Yeah I believe they are "cutting costs".  Thats why its only Monday through Friday.

    Just got married 2 wks ago at the San Diego County Administration Bldg. They only perform civil ceremonies Mon-Fri, from 8:am-3:30pm. The same goes for the other 2 courthouses in San Diego. I chose the Administration Bldg. since only there you have the choice of a nice outdoor civil ceremony on the front lawn, or inside a tiny little room in the Marriage License office.
