Carrie Karibo Boutique

Hello all,
I was wondering if anyone out there has any experience with Carrie Karibo Boutique in Cincinnati.  I'm starting to look for dresses and was going to head down to the Reading bridal district next week  I was planning on going to Bridal and Formal and European Bridal (recommended through friends) but I haven't heard about Carrie Karibo.  I like the website but wasn't sure if it was worth it to schedule an appointment. Mostly, I was wondering about the price range they carried.  Considering it's a "boutique," I'm thinking it may be way too high (my max is 2500-3000 but obviously, the cheaper the better) but thought it was worth it to ask.  I'm more than willing to just check it out but I don't want to make an appointment and waste my time and theirs if all their dresses are uber-expensive.
thanks!

Carrie Karibo does mostly bridesmaid dresses.  She is amazing - but quite pricey for the bridesmaid dresses.  They have only limited wedding dresses- and more of the 'casual' wedding dresses...

I ould definitely agree. I think they are rather pricey. I got all my things at Bridal and Formal and worked with both the Amandas. They are wonderful and I can honestly say that I'll be sad when I can't go back anymore.

Carrie has great bridesmaid dresses and the fabrics are nicer. She mainly does bridesmaid dresses and I like them better than the ones you find in the bridal stores. Personally I hate the whole buy everything with us and you get a discount ploy.

I was a bridesmaid this summer for a bride that used Carrie K for the BM dresses. Not a good experience trying to get my dress in on time and NO one will return phone calls. Now that I am planning a wedding myself, I am not even looking there for anything due to my below poor experience.

I will say that Dayton and Columbus both have many shops that carry dresses that are different than the selection here. I recently bought my dress from Lillian's in Dayton. Large selection with VERY affordable dresses. My budget was 1500 and I found my dress at Lillian's for $400.

I also liked the selection at Elegant Bride in Columbus.

    Good Luck!
