California-San Diego

Please help :)

Hello there. I am a New York bride and I am taking a trip to San Diego next month. Is there any places that you recommend for dresses or sightseeing? I want to experience as much as possible during the week that I am there. Please help :) Thanks for your insight!

Sightseeing:  San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, La Jolla Shores or Cove.

Dresses:  depends on your budget.  Higher budget, Try White Flower Boutique.  Courtney is the owner.  Wonderful experience.  You have the shop all to yourself during your appointment.  She has Augusta Jones, Lee-Ann Belter, and other designers that you can only find in shops in LA and Orange County.

Also, Here Comes the Bride in Mission Valley.

Also, if you are willing to drive up the 15 a bit, and have a lower budget, try Tour of Elegance in Rancho Bernardo, and Brides by Susanti in Escondido.  2000 Dreams Bridal in Kearney Mesa is good as well.

you can Google all these shops for their websites.

Sightseeing:  I agree with PP about things to see.  You can take a trolley tour of the city and be able to get off and on @ certain spots all day, a great way to see the city and learn intersting facts about the destinations.  There are harbor tours, 1-2 hour ones and you see the entire San Diego harbor on the 2 hour, relaxing, great way to see the city from the water.
Coronado - you can walk in and around Hotel del Coronado, wonderful beach there too.
Pacific Beach has a lot of bars, beach shops, definitely a party are @ night.
Downtown or the Gaslamp = shopping, dining, bars, clubs, etc.
    have fun!
