Backyard wedding

We are looking to do a backyard type wedding for a more relaxed setting but are having trouble finding an affordable venue. We want to rent a home/outdoor space and provide everything ourselves...
any ideas?

I am from Arizona, and my fiance and I decided we wanted to get married in San Diego .... we found a great house to rent, and are doing a backyard reception after a ceremony on the beach.  try flipkey.com to see what they have in your area .... just keep in mind that most houses have a minimum number of nights rental.
