Hello ladies!
I know several people have use Tiffany with Flying Buttercream for your wedding cakes (in fact, I found her because of your great reviews!). I did a tasting with her and loved her cake so I decided to book! However, I am not quite sure of the cake/filling pairings I chose, as we were only allowed to taste a limited number at our initial tasting. SO I wanted to get the opinion of those that used her on your favorite cake/filling combo of hers! Just FYI, my fiance and I chose white cake with buttercream filling, chocolate cake with peanutbutter chip filling, and then white cake with strawberry filling. But I'm thining now I might want to switch one of those to a lemon cake with raspberry filling! What do you think?
