Flying Buttercream?

Hello ladies!

I know several people have use Tiffany with Flying Buttercream for your wedding cakes (in fact, I found her because of your great reviews!). I did a tasting with her and loved her cake so I decided to book! However, I am not quite sure of the cake/filling pairings I chose, as we were only allowed to taste a limited number at our initial tasting. SO I wanted to get the opinion of those that used her on your favorite cake/filling combo of hers! Just FYI, my fiance and I chose white cake with buttercream filling, chocolate cake with peanutbutter chip filling, and then white cake with strawberry filling. But I'm thining now I might want to switch one of those to a lemon cake with raspberry filling! What do you think?

    We have very similar taste! We booked Tiffany for our March wedding and we are going with chocolate with peanut butter chip filling, white with strawberry and lemon with raspberry. I think her cake is delicious and you can't go wrong with any of those choices.

    I think the lemon sounds great. She did our wedding in July. We did 2 layers of chocolate cake with raspberry and fudge fillings, and a white cake with white buttercream (hubby is a plain kind of guy!)
    The cake was awesome and turned out beautiful. Here's a pic!

    Though I didn't use Flying Buttercream, I had Lemon cake with raspberry filling for one of the tiers of our cake and it was DELISH!  I would recommend that to EVERYONE! :-)
